Jewelry and Badges

Stock# 49SB...This is a Studebaker plant badge. It measures 1.25 inches across. It has a locking pin feature on the back for attaching to the worker's clothing. I have been told that the brass versions of these were reproductions made in 70's. This is a nice item from South Bend...$8 ($2).

Stock# 28CP...I have done my research and haven't learned much. In WWI a green maple leaf sometimes adorned Canadian ships. The current Canadian flag evolved from this. This pin has the following wording: "ARA" and "Equipment Painting Section, Montreal 1928." This little item certainly is a piece of Canadian history. I would guess that it is cloisonné. Nice little item for jewelry collectors, flag collectors and Canadian history buffs...$8 ($2).

Stock# 92JP...1992 Jeep Eagle tie tack pin/ probably used by Jeep Eagle salesmen during 1992 when Jeep Eagle was the official sponsor for the Olympics/ measures approximately one inch from top to bottom/ possibly cloisonné/ nicer and brighter than picture reveals...$10 ($2).

Stock# 33WF...1933 necklace pendant for the Chicago World's Fair Century of Progress in 1933/ measures slightly more than an inch across its width/ spot on the left rubbed out since the picture was made and spot on the right seems to be somewhat more stubborn to remove/ item might have been mounted on some sort of souvenir plaque/ neat item already 70 years old...$2 ($2)
